Electric field normalization for MAS, in SI (V m⁻¹).

In ideal MHD the electric field is \(\mathbf{E} = -\mathbf{v}\times\mathbf{B}\), so the natural normalization is

\[E_0 = V_0\,B_0.\]

SI unit are used for the same reasons as FN_J. See FN_E_CGS for the Gaussian equivalent.
