\((\mathbf{J}\times\mathbf{B})_0 = P_0 / L_0\) in erg cm⁻⁴ (equivalent to dyne cm⁻³). Both the magnetic Lorentz force and the plasma pressure gradient appear in the MAS momentum equation with this normalization, ensuring they enter on equal footing.
